Supported Living Services For Young People (Ages 16 -25)
QHC Supported Living provides accommodation and tailored support for care leavers and vulnerable young people with a wide range of needs. Our goal is to support young people to develop confidence and the skills they need for independent living.
At QHC Supported Living, we are genuinely passionate about empowering young people and moulding them into healthy, inspired, happy individuals, fully integrated into their communities.
We believe every young person has the potential to thrive. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for success through our programs, which are designed with young people’s unique needs in mind. We know that every individual is different and they need a unique set of tools to help them succeed. Our programmes are designed with this in mind and we work hard to make sure each young person gets what they need to flourish.
What We Do
We support young people with a wide-range of needs including those with a background in:

- Abuse
- Alcohol or Substance Misuse
- Offending Behaviour
- Gang Affiliation
- Violence or Exploitation
Housing
We provide housing designed around the needs of young people. Among other advantages, our homes are fully furnished and offer good 24-hour security and maintenance.
Tailored Support
QHC Supported Living provides individualised support planned and delivered around the unique needs of each service user. Our facilities have qualified staff on-site 24/7.
Development
We aim to make significant and lasting impact on the lives of the young people we support by attaining positive results and creating as many opportunities for a normal and fulfilling life as possible.
